Our classic bratwurst is made with the perfect balance of finely ground pork and a curated spice blend. Great on the grill, skillet or oven these bratwursts are delicious on a bun with sauerkraut and mustard, they also shine in hearty pasta dishes. Each 1 pound package includes 4 bratwurst. Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Dehydrated Milk Powder, Dried Onion, Black Pepper, Sodium Bicarbonate, Nutmeg, Ginger.

Our hot Italian sausage is spicy and delicious. Great for pastas and any Italian inspired dish or a perfect addition to the grill. The flavor is so balanced that it doesn't need anything else to season. Each 1 pound package includes 4 sausages. Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Fennel Seed, Dried Garlic, Dried Oregano, Red Chili Flake, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cayenne Pepper.
