Thick cut, bone-in pork chops - YUM! You can taste the difference in our heritage pastured pork and these thick cut pork chops are everything. Bone-in makes for an incredible juicy chop. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part. All they need is a little salt and pepper or brine in ¼ cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tastiest results.
