Their tallow is always from humanely raised cows, chemical-free, GMO-free, antibiotic-free, grain-free, steroid-free, and citric acid-free. Their beef suet is carefully rendered in small batches to create this premium quality tallow. It is never bleached, deodorized, hydrogenated or altered in any way. It's simply rendered beef fat from their pastured cattle.
