Did you know that all USDA processed chicken actually gets dipped in chemical water to cool off? And all chicken on store shelves is USDA processed (ours is not!). There are farms out there raising their birds right (soy-free and non-GMO) but in the final process, the chicken actually gets dipped into water with chemicals. 

So how do we cool off our chicken and keep it clean? Our chicken gets dipped into cold water (after processing) to cool it off right away. For cleanliness, we add organic vinegar to that water.
